Evaluation use
Use staging to test privacy operations with fictional subject details and your own inbox. Requests are legally non-operative. Billing, when available, uses Stripe test mode and creates no real charges. Test plans and quotas are evaluation settings.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and scan or install Lerlia only on sites you are authorized to manage. Do not submit real consumer requests, another person's personal information, payment-card details, malicious content, or unlawful material. Do not bypass access controls, quotas, or domain verification, or disrupt the service.
Outputs and ownership
You retain rights in your submitted content. You allow us to process it to provide and secure the service. Citodex Technology Ltd retains rights in Lerlia's software and branding. You may use and export your own test results.
Assessments, scans, policies, and playbooks are draft operational aids. They are not legal advice, a compliance certification, or a determination of statutory deadlines. Review results before relying on them; unknown tracker behavior remains unknown.
Availability and ending access
Staging may change, fail, or be withdrawn. Do not depend on it for live obligations or store your only copy of important information. We may suspend access to prevent abuse, protect the service, or meet legal requirements. You may stop using Lerlia at any time and contact us to delete your account. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first about disputes. Governing law and any paid-service terms require review before public launch. Material changes will be explained before they apply to continued use.
